The Raisebore Quality Assurance Programme provides for the processing, monitoring and evaluation of the various aspect of a project in order to ensure that the benchmarked high standards of quality are both being continuously met and exceeded. At Raisebore, we achieve this by:

Definition and Planning

• Ensuring the congruence of goals between client and contractor, and establishment of mutually agreed key performance indicators is a vital component of self-assessment
• Removing all ambiguity from the equation, we now plan the unique process for the particular project at hand

Implementation and Control

• Observing strict policies and procedures, adapting if necessary to the particular environment, we are able to implement the process that has been developed, whilst being cautious of any unforeseen circumstances

Verification and Review

• Following the completion of the project, it is essential to verify the satisfactory completion of a variety key performance indicators both agreed with the client and internally

Implementation of Improvements

• If deemed necessary, we assess where we could have improved our performance and incorporate it into our knowledge base and procedures going forward
