Operations Manager - Peter Phelan

Experience:
In excess of 30 years in drilling operations specialised in development and management of raiseboring activities for past fifteen years with Australian Raise Drilling, Drillcorp Raiseboring and RaiseBore Australia Pty Ltd.
Drilling Superintendent - Dallas Josephson
Qualifications:
Leading Hand Driller, Loader Operator, IT Operator, Australian Drilling Industry Training Committee - Certificate III
Senior First Aid Certificate
Experience:
In excess of 15 years raise drilling with Drillcorp Raiseboring and RaiseBore Australia Pty Ltd.
Tasmanian Coordinator - Sean Sherlock
Qualifications:
Certified Motor Mechanic with 17 years experience.
Competent Raisebore Operator
Experience:
Sean has had in excess of 5 years experience with Raisebore Australia Pty Ltd.
During that time, Sean has completed the Dupont Safety Leadership Course, been ticketed Australia-wide for AD55 trucks, and 2900 Loaders.
Sean is now involved in every process of raiseboring, within Tasmania, from assisting the Design, and Markup of holes, through to the drilling and relocation Coordinating a small Slot Rig(CD1000) drilling a 25 to 30 metre hole within 4-5 days.
Further, Sean had first hand involvement in the Beaconfield Rescue with the CD1000, resulting in the rescue of Brant Webb and Todd Russell.
Chief Financial Office - Peter Bennett
Qualifications:
Graduate diploma of Accounting
Experience:
Peter has had extensive experience within the mining industry, spending much of his upbringing in the mining regional mecca of Broken Hill, NSW, Australia. Peter has been with Raisebore Pty Ltd for in excess of 10 years, and continues to oversee the complete accounting function of the Raisebore Group.
Project Analyst - Heath Bertram
Qualifications:
B. Economics and Business, M. Commerce (Accounting)
Experience:
Heath was appointed as a graduate analyst with Deloitte Touch Tohmatsu in the Growth Solutions Division, servicing the growth requirements of small to medium sized enterprises. After gaining suitable outside experience, Heath came back to the family business and is now responsible for certain accounting and financial functions and a variety of ongoing and ad-hoc projects.
Logistics Coordinator - Peter Yelland
Qualifications:
Year 12 TER
Experience:
Peter has had extensive experience in the logistics industry, and oversees the complete logistics function for the Raisebore Group, nationally and internationally. Peter came to Raisebore after gaining specific industry knowledge with Target and Mitsubishi Motors.
